How Gangs are like Al-Qaeda
Since my last post on the problem of violence amongst youngsters here in Chicago, there has been much rhetoric about "fixing" the problem. I don't think it's that simple.

I cannot think of a single more important change we could make to improve the gang problem besides taking their income away by legalizing drugs. This applies to both Al-Qaeda and local gangs.
