But I am always amused by the time, money, and effort spent pushing the betterment of lives for companion animals, particularly in light of the condition of humanity around the world. But that's just me.

Incidentally, I suddenly feel the need to get a dog so I can buy a gold dog collar and some ground up filet mingon to feed it.
