Happy Independence Day!

Here's hoping everyone had an absolutely great 4th of July.
In honor of our country's Independence Day, here's a little trivia:
What year was the Constitution, that source of our country's law, written?
And here's a hint, it wasn't 1776.

Our Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, over 10 years after we declared our Independence.
In the interim, the Articles of Confederation, adopted in 1777, served as the law of the land.
